Admin view (read-only)

Once Marketplace Offers is enabled and connected, FlowState’s own web app shows a small, read-only page at Apps → Marketplace. It exists so an administrator can confirm the integration is working without leaving FlowState or calling the API directly.

What it shows

  • Whether the AWS Marketplace connector is connected.
  • How many private offers exist across all of your Marketplace SaaS products.
  • The private offers themselves, grouped by product.
  • Your Marketplace SaaS products.

Every value is read live from your AWS Marketplace Catalog through the same REST API described in Overview — nothing is cached or stored a second time in FlowState.

What it does not do

This page is a viewer, not a workbench. It cannot create, clone, release, expire, or change the availability of an offer, and it has no EULA upload. Those are end-user actions and, per Overview, they belong on the HubSpot deal card, not here — the card is the only place private offers are composed and managed.

If it says “not connected” or “unavailable”

  • Not connected means the AWS Marketplace connector has not been set up yet for this tenant. Follow Getting started to connect it.
  • Unavailable means the page could not reach the API — check Troubleshooting, or open Settings → Integrations → Marketplace to see the connector’s own status page directly.

Who sees this entry

The Marketplace entry in the sidebar only appears once a tenant owner or admin has enabled the feature under Settings → Features (see Overview). It is hidden entirely for a tenant that has not turned it on.
