Limits
There are no hard-capped limits. Usage is metered per active deal per feature; there is no seat cap, API call cap, or storage cap.
Pricing
A flat $1,000/month platform fee, billed unconditionally once per organisation — not per tenant — plus four consumption-based prices — one per feature, billed on top of the platform fee, never netted against it. A deal counted under more than one feature bills against each.
| Feature | Unit | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Platform Fee | flat, per organisation per month | $1,000 |
| Agentic Sales Manager — AI deal management | per deal-hour | $0.001 (~$0.72 per deal per 30-day month) |
| APN Sync — deal linked to AWS Partner Central | per deal-hour | $0.01 (~$7.20 per deal per 30-day month) |
| Business-Problem Generations — AI-drafted business problem statements | per generation, after 5 free per deal | $0.03 |
| Marketplace Offers — your own AWS Marketplace private offers, while released | per offer-hour | $0.01 (~$7.20 per offer per 30-day month) |
The platform fee is charged once per organisation, every month regardless of usage, and does not multiply with however many tenants the organisation has — one organisation with five tenants pays it once, not five times. It is not a minimum spend or a credit toward consumption. It is prorated only for the organisation’s first partial month, from the date the organisation was created; every month after is billed in full.
Worked example. Take an organisation with 100 APN-synced deals running for a full 30-day (720-hour) month, and nothing else. Those deals accrue 100 deals × 720 hours = 72,000 deal-hours of APN Sync usage. At $0.01 per deal-hour that is 72,000 × $0.01 = $720.00. Each line on your invoice is rounded to the nearest cent on its own before the lines are added up, so the $720 consumption line is added to the $1,000 flat fee to give $1,000 + $720 = $1,720/month total for the organisation — however many tenants inside it those 100 deals are spread across.
The count for the two deal-hour features is true concurrent-hour accrual — a deal present for 10 of the month’s ~720 hours bills for exactly 10 deal-hours, both up and down, so mid-month sign-ups pro-rate naturally and a deal that leaves mid-month stops billing at the next accrual instead of freezing at the month’s peak. APN Sync samples fresh every hour; Agentic Sales Manager re-accrues a once-daily (06:00 UTC) sample each hour, so it carries up to 24 hours of staleness — a deliberate, accepted trade-off, not a defect. Business-Problem Generations bill per generation instead, and Marketplace Offers bills true proportional offer-hours (drafts are never billed) — see Metering for details.
Example: if you have 200 deals under AI management AND 50 of those also sync to APN over the month, your bill is approximately:
- Platform fee: $1,000
- Agentic Sales Manager: 200 deals × $0.72 = $144
- APN Sync: 50 deals × $7.20 = $360
- Total: ~$1,504/month (plus any billed Business-Problem Generations)
Credit on signup
There is no free-credit balance for new tenants — billing starts from the first unit of usage.
Upgrading and downgrading
There is only one tier. Upgrade and downgrade flows are not applicable.
Billing path
At tenant creation, you choose how to pay:
- Stripe (direct) — credit card or SEPA direct debit. Monthly invoices sent by email. See Stripe customer portal.
- AWS Marketplace — billed through your AWS account. Useful for AWS commit drawdown. See AWS Marketplace.
Both paths use the same tier and the same pricing. You cannot switch billing paths after the tenant is created without contacting support.
